Access and lookup are free of charge for individuals. Bulk automated extraction of the site is not covered by that use: Pro access exists for it.

Origin and licence of the data

The data comes from the Registre de Turisme de Catalunya and is reused under the Generalitat's open licence, which permits reuse with attribution. The attribution appears in the footer of every page and in the sources section.

Liability

Data is provided as published by the source, without warranty of accuracy or currency. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this lookup.

Paid services and buyer's licence

Beyond free lookup, we offer tailored extractions and a monitoring subscription, whose terms and prices are set out on the data page. The buyer acquires the collection, normalisation and verification work, without exclusivity. The obligation to cite the source with the wording the licence requires, «Generalitat de Catalunya. Departament d'Empresa i Treball.», passes to the buyer and we cannot waive it. The data is not sublicensed: it remains under the Generalitat's open licence, with no additional restriction. Delivered files contain no personal data of natural persons: the register does not publish it.
