Pro access: list lookup, API and change monitoring

Checking one registration number at a time works for one flat. Not for a portfolio of three hundred. These four routes are open to estate agencies, short-term rental managers and platforms subject to Regulation (EU) 2024/1028.

• List lookupSend us a CSV or Excel file of registration numbers, addresses or property names. We return it enriched with the matching register entry: type, municipality, comarca, capacity and status. Turnaround 24–48 h.
• Lookup APIOne request, one record. Same resolution as the search box on this site: exact number, partial number, municipality or name. Pricing by query volume, agreed with you — we do not publish prices we have not set.
• Change monitoringThe register is republished monthly and overwrites its previous state: whoever does not capture it cannot reconstruct it afterwards. We keep every publication since our first capture, and report additions, removals and changes against the list you give us.
• White labelA search tool under your brand, on your site, over the same data. Write to us with what you need.

Data prices

• Monitoring subscription — €150 / yearAt each republication of the source we flag additions, removals and changes over the scope you define — one comarca, certain establishment types, or your own list. Send us your file and we return what moved. The source has not republished since 31.07.2026, despite a declared monthly frequency: the first delivery comes with its next republication, and nothing is charged before.
• One municipality as a sample — FreeA full municipality, every field, so you can check the format and the quality before deciding anything.
• One comarca — €200Every accommodation in one comarca, all fields, in Excel or CSV. Delivered in 24–48 h.
• Up to ten comarques — €600Same content, wider scope.
• All of Catalonia — €1,800All 112,714 accommodations, 43 comarques, 922 municipalities.

Content of each delivery, measured fill rates and ordering on Data. Attribution required by the licence: «Generalitat de Catalunya. Departament d'Empresa i Treball.» The data is not sublicensed and remains under the Generalitat's open licence, with no additional restriction.

The licence requires citing «Generalitat de Catalunya. Departament d'Empresa i Treball.», not altering or distorting the information, stating the update date and not using Generalitat logos. It forbids sublicensing the data and imposing additional restrictions. Terms read on the publisher's page on 17.09.2026.

These three columns name natural persons. The data is public at source, but republishing it in bulk alongside the dwelling's address would turn a verification tool into a directory of private individuals. What does not enter the database cannot leak into a page. (nom_del_titular, primer_cognom, segon_cognom)
