The data, raw and tailored
This site republishes the Catalan Tourism Register: 112,714 accommodations, 43 comarques, 922 municipalities. If what you need is the file — not one lookup at a time — here is what it holds, how it was built and what it costs.
What the file holds
- IdentificationRegistration number, establishment type, category and trading name.
- LocationFull postal address — street type, name and number — postcode, municipality, comarca, province and tourism brand.
- CapacityDeclared places and rooms, where the register publishes them.
- OwnershipHolder and tax number, only where the holder is a legal entity.

These gaps are not ours: the register does not publish those fields for the rest. We would rather tell you now than after the invoice.
How it was built
- The register overwrites itselfEach republication replaces the previous state. Whoever does not capture it cannot rebuild it afterwards. We keep every publication since our first capture, 9 August 2026 — and we promise nothing earlier, because nobody can.
- There are only active entriesAll 112,714 rows are active. The register does not publish removals: so we can tell you who is listed today, and from your subscription onwards who disappeared between two publications — but not who was removed before we started.
- No phone, no emailThe register does not publish them. We do not have them and we do not invent them. What is there, at 100 %, is the postal address.
- Normalised and resolvableRegistration number normalised with and without hyphens, municipality and comarca with a stable identifier, and a search that answers on exact number, partial number, municipality or trading name.
- Types stay in Catalan«Habitatges d'ús turístic», «Turisme rural»: shown exactly as the register writes them. Translating them would invent a mapping the source does not publish.

- Monitoring subscription — €150 / yearAt each republication of the source we flag additions, removals and changes over the scope you define — one comarca, certain establishment types, or your own list. Send us your file and we return what moved. The source has not republished since 31.07.2026, despite a declared monthly frequency: the first delivery comes with its next republication, and nothing is charged before.
Attribution required by the licence: «Generalitat de Catalunya. Departament d'Empresa i Treball.» The data is not sublicensed and remains under the Generalitat's open licence, with no additional restriction.
Format and delivery
Excel (.xlsx) or UTF-8 CSV, your choice. Every delivery carries a methodology sheet stating, field by field, the share actually filled in and the capture date. Secure payment link; the file goes out as soon as it clears.
Licence and terms
The data comes from the Catalan Tourism Register, reused under the Generalitat's open licence. Buying the file buys the collection, normalisation and verification work — not exclusivity, and not a waiver of source attribution: that obligation passes to you and we cannot release you from it. No personal data of natural persons appears in the file: the register does not publish it.

The licence requires citing «Generalitat de Catalunya. Departament d'Empresa i Treball.», not altering or distorting the information, stating the update date and not using Generalitat logos. It forbids sublicensing the data and imposing additional restrictions. Terms read on the publisher's page on 17.09.2026.
These three columns name natural persons. The data is public at source, but republishing it in bulk alongside the dwelling's address would turn a verification tool into a directory of private individuals. What does not enter the database cannot leak into a page. (nom_del_titular, primer_cognom, segon_cognom)
